Senior Officer – Payroll & Reconciliation

About the role

Imdaad Group is looking for an experienced Senior Officer – Payroll & Reconciliation to join its Human Capital team in Dubai. The role oversees payroll processing, reconciliation, employee settlements and compliance, ensuring accuracy across UAE and GCC payroll operations. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, validation and reconciliation for a large workforce
• Coordinate UAE and GCC payroll operations in line with Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements and statutory regulations
• Process final settlements, employee clearances and payroll adjustments
• Prepare employee provision schedules, payroll variance reports and audit documentation
• Work with Finance, Operations and Human Capital teams to close payroll accurately and on time
• Review payroll data, investigate discrepancies and make corrections before final processing
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support internal controls and audits
• Handle confidential employee and payroll information professionally

Required profile

• 5-7 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a large-scale organization
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations, WPS compliance, final settlements, payroll reconciliation and employee provisions
• Strong numerical and analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidentiality, organization, problem-solving and coordination with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Oracle, HRMS and payroll management systems
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query

Estimated salary: AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 per month. Applications close on 31 October 2026.
