Senior Offshore Project Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Offshore Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact projects in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, develop execution strategies and align them with customer objectives and contract terms.
• Plan, organize, manage and control project activities using Worley’s approved policies, procedures and tools.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders, providing direction and performance oversight.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering business, production and organizational priorities.
• Produce solutions to strategic issues and present recommendations to customers.
• May act as proposal manager for small to medium‑size projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing specialized, complex offshore projects.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, with experience in safety‑by‑design and constructability workshops.
• Ability to lead multi‑discipline, multi‑location teams and communicate project status effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the capacity to build consensus around recommendations.
