Senior Operator Logging Services

About the role

The Senior Operator – Logging Services is responsible for preparing equipment and delivering electric wire‑line logging services that meet customer expectations safely, on time, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down logging strings, run them in‑hole, pull them out, and manage draw‑work operations.
• Operate logging tools, understand well conditions, and control winch and winch‑panel measurements.
• Check, test, and calibrate logging tools before use.
• Participate in training for radioactive material handling, transport, storage, and well‑logging explosives.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and HSE standards in daily operations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to support UAE nationalization programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and report KPI checklists.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and support emergency response duties.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logging Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in wireline (E‑Logging) operations.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, ADNOC Code of Practices, and relevant industry standards.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
