Senior Oracle EBS Finance Consultant (R12 & Fusion)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to lead the implementation, support and optimisation of Oracle financial modules for our client in Dubai. The role combines deep functional finance knowledge with technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Financials.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EBS financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, EBTax and Projects.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and produce functional design documents.
• Manage Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other financial regulations.
• Conduct client workshops, solution design sessions, testing, UAT and user training.
• Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and business users to deliver finance solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS Finance experience.
• At least three full‑cycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field; CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA or Oracle certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading or retail environments is a plus.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials is advantageous.
