Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale high‑performing Meta advertising campaigns for DTC eCommerce brands across the UAE and GCC. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on media buying, working closely with creative and development teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, managing large budgets.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys, aligning ad creative, landing pages and lifetime‑value strategies.
• Analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks and scale winning tactics.
• Collaborate with creative specialists and developers to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Participate in client strategy calls, providing proactive insights and recommendations.
• Explore expansion opportunities on Snapchat, TikTok and Google advertising platforms.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing multi‑million‑dirham Meta Ads budgets.
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing and scaling DTC brands.
• Strong strategic thinking, able to advise founders and CMOs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving teams, receptive to direct feedback and accountability.
