About the role

The Senior Personal Banking Advisor will delight internal and external customers over the telephone, delivering banking advice and support. Working in the DBC Ras Al Khaimah Call Center, you will interact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

Interact with customers on the phone to identify their banking requirements.
Provide excellent service to build customer loyalty and meet satisfaction targets.
Resolve issues instantly during calls and convert sales opportunities to achieve financial goals.
Explain banking procedures and product features clearly to callers.
Capture and report customer feedback to support continuous product development.

Required profile

University graduate, preferably with finance, banking or mathematics background.
Bilingual with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
Strong customer focus, excellent communication and listening abilities.
Computer literate and comfortable using standard office applications.
