About the role
We are seeking a Senior Personal Banking Advisor to join our call centre team, delivering exceptional telephone‑based service to both internal and external customers. The role focuses on understanding client banking needs, providing accurate information, and driving sales opportunities while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Delight internal and external customers over the telephone.
- Interact with customers to understand their banking needs.
- Provide excellent service to achieve customer loyalty.
- Resolve problems on the spot.
- Convert sales opportunities to meet financial targets.
- Clarify and explain procedures and products.
- Capture and report customer feedback for product development.
Required profile
- University graduate, preferably with finance, banking or maths background.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer focus.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
