Senior Pharmacist

About the role
The Senior Pharmacist will lead the pharmacy team to deliver safe, efficient pharmacy services in line with patient safety and regulatory requirements at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to the pharmacy team.
- Ensure effective and efficient dispensing of medication.
- Implement and monitor inventory management practices and stock control.
- Maintain compliance with UAE health authority and company quality and risk standards.
- Support monitoring of pharmacy budget and finances.
Required profile
- B.Pharm degree from an accredited institution and licensed pharmacist with the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a pharmacy, including at least 2 years in a hospital environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory framework.
- Implementation of JCIA standards for pharmacies.
- Budgeting and financial management.
- Patient experience principles.
- Commercial awareness.
- Stock management systems and processes.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
