Senior Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal (MSK)

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist specialized in musculoskeletal (MSK) care to join its Dubai Hills facility. You will deliver high‑quality physiotherapy services, lead clinical assessments, and ensure an optimal patient experience in line with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced specialised physiotherapy assessments and treatments for MSK, respiratory, orthopaedic and neurological patients.
• Provide professional guidance to team members and coordinate physiotherapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Support departmental quality improvement, risk management and governance programmes.
• Manage patient experience processes to meet company standards.
• Mentor and develop junior physiotherapy staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 4 years post‑graduate experience, preferably in an inpatient setting with broad exposure to respiratory, orthopaedic and neurological cases.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in the UAE.
• Senior‑level neurological experience in both hospital inpatient and outpatient environments.
