Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

The Senior Planning Engineer will develop, maintain, and monitor the project schedule during the FEED phase of offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed FEED project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules, perform critical path analysis, and identify potential delays.
• Review EPC contractor schedules for completeness and compliance with ADNOC standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including SPI, milestone tracking, and risk updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, HSE, and project controls teams to ensure integrated scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with 5‑7 years in offshore FEED or detailed engineering.
• Proven experience in planning/scheduling within oil & gas projects, preferably in PMC roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
