Senior Portfolio Manager – Revenue Intelligence (MEA/APAC)

About the role

Accor is seeking a commercially driven Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a high‑performing team within the Centre of Revenue Intelligence, overseeing a portfolio of hotels across the MEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for strategy execution, performance optimisation and stakeholder partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio‑wide revenue management strategies in collaboration with commercial departments.
• Lead, coach and mentor Portfolio Managers and a Portfolio Specialist, fostering capability development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee distribution activities, troubleshoot technology issues and collaborate with OTA partners and revenue technology providers.
• Analyse commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to regional leadership.
• Prepare and present executive‑level reporting on portfolio performance, insights and key initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of revenue management experience with proven leadership of high‑performing teams.
• Extensive expertise in pricing, forecasting, distribution and commercial strategy within hospitality.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial advisor.
• Excellent communication, coaching and analytical skills, with fluency in English and at least one additional language.
