Senior PPC / SEO & AI Search Manager

About the role

Get Volved is seeking a senior professional to own and drive organic search, paid advertising and AI‑search visibility for its B2B clients in machinery, construction and industrial sectors. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise and the ability to guide internal creative and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage SEO, PPC, AEO and GEO strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis and content optimisation to improve rankings and qualified lead generation.
• Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Build remarketing, audience and conversion‑funnel strategies and analyse landing‑page performance.
• Stay updated on AI‑search, AI advertising and emerging marketing automation tools, using AI where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO and PPC experience with a proven track record of growth and lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret campaign data and turn it into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; native‑level fluency preferred.
• Experience working with B2B industrial brands and targeting international markets (UK, Europe, UAE).

What we offer

• AED 6,500–8,000 per month
