Senior Presales Manager

About the role

The Senior Presales Manager will lead CNS’s pre‑sales function in Dubai, translating customer requirements into winning technology solutions that drive revenue growth and customer success across multiple business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑sales team across solution domains (Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital, Managed Services, Applications) and partner with sales heads to design winning strategies.
• Oversee development of technical and commercial proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures, ensuring alignment with customer needs and CNS delivery capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients and government stakeholders, delivering technical presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Manage and mentor a high‑performing pre‑sales team, drive certification across vendor technologies and introduce standard processes for proposal efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, liaise with vendors, and support go‑to‑market plans for new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of IT pre‑sales, solutions architecture or technical sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a system integrator or technology solutions provider in the UAE.
• Proven track record of managing complex bids and multi‑domain solution teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
