Senior Pricing Marketing Analyst – Relocation to Bangkok

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Pricing Marketing Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Abu Dhabi, with relocation support to Bangkok. The role combines data‑driven analysis, campaign optimisation and model development to enhance the lifetime value of Agoda customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise text‑ad campaigns across search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyse and improve display advertising on social channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyse experiment data, build predictive models and create dashboards for account managers.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, data scientists and product teams to translate insights into actionable programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong numerical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
