Senior Private Banking Headhunter

About the role

DES Capital is seeking a senior headhunter to lead its private banking recruitment efforts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. You will manage relationships with private banks, family offices and independent wealth managers, matching top talent with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with senior decision‑makers in private banking across the region.
• Identify client hiring needs, source and assess candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
• Collaborate closely with DES Capital directors in Geneva on every mandate, leveraging the firm’s research and candidate network.

Required profile

• Established, trusted relationships with private banking heads, CEOs, founders and business development leaders in the region.
• Proven track record in private banking headhunting, executive search or business development with measurable placements or mandates.
• Deep understanding of private banking operations, how bankers build and move a book, and what makes a placement durable.
• Ability to engage senior bankers and executives as a peer, maintaining the discretion required for this work.
• Excellent English; Arabic or French is a plus.

• Experience managing end‑to‑end executive search processes.
