Senior Producer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead an embedded content production team for a leading entertainment and cultural destination. The role balances fast‑turnaround social‑first content with larger, more complex campaign productions, ensuring high‑quality delivery across all formats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day production operations for the embedded content team.
• Act as the senior production point of contact for the client and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage production across social‑first, always‑on, and larger campaign projects from brief to final delivery.
• Oversee multiple productions simultaneously, handling schedules, budgets, crews, equipment, locations, freelancers and external suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to turn ideas into well‑executed productions.
• Drive the production process through shoots, post‑production, approvals and delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify challenges early and implement practical solutions.
• Mentor and support the embedded production team, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in an agency, production company, broadcaster or entertainment organisation.
• Proven track record producing social content and campaigns across various formats and scales.
• Strong client‑facing experience with confidence managing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the full production lifecycle from brief to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple productions, teams and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong creative judgement.
