Senior Product Manager

About the role

Analog is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and delivery of its flagship platforms, including Digital Twin, Command & Control Center, and Robotics solutions. You will act as an executive producer, partnering with government and enterprise customers to translate mission outcomes into product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term product strategy and create roadmaps for high‑impact platforms.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams—engineering, design, AI research, robotics partners—to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Partner directly with customers to capture requirements and turn them into feature definitions.
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
• Mentor and coach other product managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession and delivery excellence.
• Navigate ambiguity, resolve dependencies and maintain clear communication at executive and working levels.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of product management or related experience delivering large‑scale technology products.
• Background in AI, robotics, simulation or enterprise platforms is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead without formal authority and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
