Senior Product Manager – Pro Onboarding

About the role

Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, guiding users from their first landing to their first trade. Drive continuous UX improvement by analysing funnels, identifying friction points and leveraging AI to personalize the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and optimise the onboarding funnel, using data to pinpoint drop‑offs and high‑leverage opportunities.
• Design experiences that build trust and accelerate the client’s first trade, collaborating with Design, Data, Engineering and Marketing.
• Utilise AI tools to surface friction, predict churn risk and personalise onboarding paths and messaging.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in onboarding, activation or growth‑focused UX.
• Excellent communication skills, able to craft clear narratives and bring stakeholders along.
• Customer‑first mindset with genuine curiosity about user needs and motivations.

Required skills

• Strong product sense for user experience and ability to simplify complex flows.
• Data fluency – defining success metrics, analysing funnels and turning insights into action.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for data analysis and personalisation.
