Senior Product Manager - Trading & Onchain

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and optimization of spot trading products and drive on‑chain innovations. The role combines deep technical understanding of trading systems with a focus on emerging asset classes and AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and iterate spot trading products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement new trading features such as smart order routing and market analysis assistants.
• Develop expertise in order matching, order status transitions, and market depth management.
• Explore and launch CeDeFi and RWA products, bridging on‑chain and off‑chain trading.
• Track emerging asset classes like tokenized stocks, Pre‑IPO assets, and on‑chain yield products.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in trading product development, preferably spot or derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of order matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical logic.
• Ability to manage product planning and execution from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets and industry trends.
