Senior Product Marketing and Content Specialist

About the role

Elchai Group is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing and Content Specialist to explain its technology platforms, including CAV, OpenReal and Tuego, through clear, accurate and engaging content. You will manage content production from understanding the product through scripting, recording, editing and delivery, helping prospective users, customers and partners understand each platform's purpose, functionality and practical value. This is an individual contributor role with ownership of product content and responsibility for mentoring interns when assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of each platform's audiences, user roles, features and workflows.
• Work with product and technology teams to identify relevant use cases and verify product explanations.
• Plan and produce product explainers, platform demonstrations, tutorials and launch content.
• Write scripts, storyboards, captions and supporting product copy.
• Record and edit product walkthroughs independently; present or narrate demonstrations, or direct an approved presenter.
• Adapt content for company websites, LinkedIn, presentations and user onboarding.
• Maintain a prioritised content calendar across the three platforms and coordinate technical reviews and approvals.
• Update content when product functionality changes and track viewing retention, audience feedback and enquiries.
• Maintain organised production files and mentor content interns.

Required profile

• Typically four or more years of relevant experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Experience communicating software, B2B technology or complex digital products.
• Excellent written English and strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to turn complex workflows into simple, accurate explanations.
• Ability to manage several product priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
• Sound judgement when handling confidential information and demonstration data.

First 90 days: develop an approved messaging and content plan for each platform, produce initial product explainers and priority workflow demonstrations, establish a repeatable production and review process, and report initial performance findings with recommendations.
