Senior Product Owner - AI & ML

About the role

As a Senior Product Owner – AI & ML you will shape the strategic roadmap for artificial intelligence solutions that drive ADC Bank’s digital transformation. You will work within the Group Business Services (GBS) unit, collaborating with cross‑functional squads and senior business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and high‑impact AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/ML product roadmap aligned with the bank’s transformation agenda.
• Translate the Generative AI strategy into prioritized initiatives and scalable solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional squads to deliver secure, compliant AI capabilities and manage multi‑squad backlogs.
• Establish enterprise‑grade evaluation frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
• Set KPIs, ROI targets, and ethical benchmarks; integrate observability tools and dashboards to monitor performance, fairness, and compliance.
• Act as the primary interface between AI squads and senior business stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business narratives.
• Present product vision and impact to executive leadership and champion emerging AI trends such as RAG, RLHF, and agentic systems.
• Promote experimentation and contribute to ADCB’s AI community of practice.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in AI/ML product ownership or product management.
• Strong track record of leading agile, cross‑functional squads and managing multi‑team backlogs.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, compliance, and ethical considerations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and convey technical concepts in business terms.
