Senior Product Specialist - Oncology

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Product Specialist in Oncology to execute brand strategy, drive sales performance and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create and execute pre‑call plans, conduct post‑call evaluations and continuously improve sales outcomes.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Execute call plans to maximize coverage, frequency and access to key customers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, disease trends and customer insights and share with internal teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and identify disease‑state experts and advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in the UAE market.
• Oncology/Hematology in‑field sales experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ethical standards, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
