Senior Program Manager, 3PL and Direct Imports MENA

About the role

Amazon is expanding its transportation network across the Middle East and North Africa. As a Senior Program Manager for 3PL and Direct Imports, you will own third‑party carrier relationships and cross‑border import programs that move vendor and customer returns as well as direct‑import freight throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑management reviews (cost, speed, quality) for vendor and customer returns across MENA.
• Own end‑to‑end third‑party logistics projects, delivering on schedule and meeting target customer experience.
• Integrate new carriers and launch new services with existing third‑party providers.
• Run weekly and monthly business reviews for the MENA 3PL program and drive resulting actions.
• Prepare and lead operations calls, DBRs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs with 3PL carriers.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfillment centers, and customer service teams to reduce cost and improve experience.
• Alert Amazon leadership to critical situations with quantified impact and mitigation plans.
• Produce transport plans, forecasts, and manage returns‑related escalations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant logistics or program‑management experience.
• Strong operator mindset with a desire for direct ownership and measurable impact.
• Proven ability to negotiate with external carriers and collaborate with internal supply‑chain and transportation teams.
• Experience conducting business reviews and presenting data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
