Senior Project Engineer – Infra

About the role

Coordinate multi‑discipline engineering delivery for critical infrastructure projects, acting as the technical interface between project and engineering managers. Ensure plans, schedules, bills of materials and forecasts are accurate, coordinated and delivered safely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day engineering coordination across utilities, water, power, transport, ports, marine, industrial infrastructure and brownfield modifications.
• Define and coordinate engineering teams, set delivery objectives, assign work, provide technical guidance and monitor performance.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, execution strategies, scope definitions and commercial validation.
• Drive technically robust infrastructure solutions through studies, design development, detailed engineering and delivery support.
• Coordinate project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, milestones, deliverable registers and progress inputs.
• Manage stakeholder interfaces, resolve inter‑discipline issues and maintain clear technical responsibilities.
• Plan and control engineering execution using work plans, quality plans, risk registers and project reports.
• Mentor engineers, ensure adherence to standards and promote data‑centric digital engineering methods.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience, professional registration preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of engineering experience, including 10+ years in project engineering, supervision or technical coordination.
• Experience delivering EPCM/EPC scopes for critical infrastructure, utilities, transport, water, power, ports or brownfield projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑discipline, multi‑location teams and manage scope, change, risk, cost and schedule control.
