Senior Project Manager – Client Representative (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to act as the primary Client Representative for development projects in Dubai. You will oversee projects from inception through hand‑over, serving as the main bridge between the developer, supervision consultants, main contractors, and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily client‑side management of main contractors and supervision consultants, ensuring strict adherence to contractual scope and specifications.
• Navigate and manage all statutory approval processes with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other relevant entities.
• Track baseline schedules, identify risks early, and drive mitigation strategies across all construction phases.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety protocols on site comply with UAE building codes and developer expectations.
• Coordinate closely with internal commercial teams, architectural consultants, and executive leadership to align site progress with business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
• 10–15 years of construction/project management experience, with at least 5 years in a client‑side or senior PM role within Dubai/UAE.
• Active Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE membership; PMP certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai building codes, structural, MEP, and façade systems, plus hands‑on experience with DM/DDA portal workflows.
