Senior Project Manager – Construction & Interior Design

About the role

Spazio Design & Build International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction and interior design projects in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong coordination of planning, budgeting, procurement and delivery to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes with accurate milestones.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation and scheduling to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Oversee procurement, expediting, quality inspections and logistics to align with project goals.
• Lead communication with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regional construction regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end interior fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large‑scale projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong organizational, leadership and client‑relationship skills.
