Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise environments in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery of security projects covering infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close cybersecurity projects, defining scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies related to security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, infrastructure, applications, operations) and conduct workshops to gather security requirements.
• Oversee implementation and rollout of security solutions, ensuring integration with existing platforms.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners, and provide regular updates, reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of project management experience, with proven work on cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
• Background in government, public sector or large enterprise environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Project planning, execution and delivery management.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Experience with identity security, application security or cloud security.
• Vendor and partner management.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM or Security+ (preferred).
