Senior Project Manager – Digital Experience (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of two major digital builds – a national foundation’s website and app, and a large‑scale platform website launch. This 6‑month freelance contract is based onsite in Dubai and reports directly to senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of complex websites, mobile apps and platform‑based digital products.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories and backlog items.
• Lead coordination across UX/UI, engineering, content, SEO, data and QA teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical, delivery and resourcing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, burn rates and resourcing plans to keep delivery commercially sound.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical delivery both internally and with clients.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai and available onsite full‑time for the 6‑month contract.
• 10+ years delivering complex websites, mobile applications and platform products in agency or product‑led environments, with experience leading and mentoring junior PMs.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end technical delivery across multi‑disciplinary workstreams.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum, adapted to agency and client delivery models.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence and similar delivery tools.
• Excellent documentation discipline covering technical scopes, user stories, acceptance criteria, RAID logs, delivery plans, budgets and release timelines.
• MENA/GCC agency delivery experience preferred, though strong remote‑background talent will be considered.
