Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact digital transformation programmes across the UAE. The role combines strategic delivery, stakeholder coordination and multi‑vendor management in sectors such as government, smart city, transportation and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital programmes, from strategy definition through execution and implementation.
• Develop and manage transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance structures and delivery frameworks.
• Oversee AI, cloud, data platforms, analytics, automation and smart‑city technology initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management and escalation processes.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, government authorities, vendors and external partners.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience delivering technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in digital transformation projects within government, public sector, smart‑city, transportation, financial services or large enterprises.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leadership, C‑suite and government entities.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.
