Senior Project Manager – HR Technology (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise HR technology programmes, drive digital transformation, and deliver end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role involves close collaboration with HR, business leaders, and technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR technology projects from planning through deployment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive digitalisation, AI and automation across HR processes.
• Oversee project governance, executive reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure successful adoption, benefits realisation and business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in IT or HR technology.
• 5+ years delivering HR technology projects and transformations.
• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least one full Employee Central implementation.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale projects, budgets, vendors and stakeholders.
