Senior Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a boutique real estate developer in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end residential and mixed‑use projects across the UAE. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring each development meets quality, schedule, and budget targets while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage real‑estate development projects from inception through handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and design teams throughout all phases.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, and programme performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, approvals, health and safety standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, authorities, and contractors.
• Review contracts, project reports and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in real‑estate development or construction within the UAE.
• Proven track record managing residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong technical, commercial and project delivery knowledge.
• Experience with developers or leading contractors is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real‑estate and construction market.
