Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead medium‑to‑large technology projects for the Electronic Government Authority, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost and quality. You will work closely with Engagement Managers and cross‑functional teams to align project outcomes with government priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defining scope, objectives and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations and schedules, adapting to changes in scope.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies and enforce project controls, reporting and change management.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, dependencies and cross‑functional handoffs, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to translate stakeholder expectations into delivery plans.
• Act as primary liaison for internal teams, vendors and partners, ensuring contractual obligations and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading medium‑to‑large technology projects in a government or public‑sector environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and partners.
• Excellent risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Familiarity with EGA governance, security, procurement and service‑delivery standards.
