Senior Project Manager

About the role

AVI‑SPL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, multi‑phased AV systems integration projects in the Middle East. You will be responsible for directing all phases of project delivery, ensuring they meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and close AV integration projects according to AVI‑SPL project management standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive work breakdown structures, schedules and resource plans.
• Lead internal and external project kick‑off meetings and act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Manage contract documents, scopes of work, bid drawings, specifications and construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance against milestones, budgets and deliverables, and report status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex AV systems integration projects of significant size and duration.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to apply AVI‑SPL processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and external partners.
