Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously, working collaboratively and cross‑functionally to maximise outcomes. You will advise on strategies to achieve strategic objectives while improving user sentiment and will interact with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and document overall projects and programmes, managing expectations, milestones and deliverables.
• Provide timely reporting on progress and success metrics, linking activities across the programme to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Hold all stakeholders, including senior leaders, accountable to commitments.
• Perform risk‑management analysis and propose mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with Account and Success Managers to define optimal delivery strategies.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and act as the primary contact for coordination.

Required profile

• BA, BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with large, international projects.
• PMP, Prince2 or other formal project‑management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion and influence stakeholders at all levels.
