Senior Project Manager (Mega Project)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of mega‑scale EPC and construction projects exceeding AED 1 billion in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and offers full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement project execution strategies, governance and performance metrics.
• Manage project budget, contracts, commercial performance and major subcontractors.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and HSE requirements.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with clients, partners and executive management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Report project status, financials and performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of experience managing large‑scale EPC or construction projects valued over AED 1 billion.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas or major industrial projects; ADNOC experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and executive communication abilities.
