Senior Project Manager – MEP

About the role

Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of all MEP works, ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with programme, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coordinate the project team, specialist subcontractors and direct workforce to deliver approved milestones and commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including client, consultant, main contractor, regulatory authorities and internal business functions.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery – engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning – through an integrated execution strategy.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in the MEP contracting industry with significant UAE project delivery experience.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, complex MEP projects with full accountability for programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams, specialist subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders across all project stages.
