About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ports and marine infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale maritime works while coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Egis Group, an international engineering and consulting firm, provides the platform for delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale maritime projects, ensuring technical and schedule requirements are met.
Manage cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

Proven experience delivering ports and maritime projects.
Strong background in port planning.
Experience with ports marine works design.
Experience with ports topside design.
More than 10 years of relevant experience.
Middle East experience preferred.
Understanding of port operations.
