Senior Project Manager – Real Estate & Hotel Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hospitality, commercial and residential development projects for Al Futtaim Group in Dubai. You will be responsible for steering projects from design inception through construction and handover while ensuring they meet time, quality and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external consultants, contractors and commercial staff, delegating tasks and providing coaching.
• Ensure projects achieve defined quality standards and obtain completion certificates.
• Monitor progress against programme targets and keep the team informed.
• Control project costs, submit cost reports and deliver within or below budget.
• Conduct value‑engineering exercises to maintain cost‑effective solutions.
• Staff the project with competent site personnel and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for handover and certification.
• Evaluate and select suitable suppliers and contractors.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in real‑estate or hotel sectors.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills in a multinational environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to drive results.
