Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of major projects across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. The role calls for strong project management expertise, stakeholder management, commercial acumen and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from feasibility, planning, design, procurement, execution, commissioning to close-out.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors and specialist advisors.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with client requirements, governance standards, contracts and regulations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, contractor and consultant performance, contract administration, variations and claims.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and executive summaries for clients and senior management.
• Support business development, proposals and client relationship initiatives, and mentor junior project managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
• Experience on transportation, roads, utilities, aviation, rail, water, energy or urban development projects.
