Senior Project Manager – Water Division

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact initiatives within our Water Division in Dubai. You will be the central point of accountability for project performance, coordinating internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and risk management.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders to align on goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Communicate proactively to manage expectations, share updates and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver integrated services.
• Leverage client feedback to drive continuous improvement and service enhancements.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in a client‑facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
