Senior Projects Manager – Buildings

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead building projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage project delivery from design through construction and the defects liability period, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, and project managers, reporting directly to the Project Director.
• Manage the delivery of building projects, addressing cost, schedule, and quality issues promptly.
• Supervise and review technical, commercial, and planning sub‑missions from contractors, providing approvals and endorsements.
• Engage with authorities, utilities providers, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and resolve project challenges.
• Develop innovative solutions to mitigate risks affecting cost, time, and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in building projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
