Senior Projects Manager (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead and deliver projects in Dubai, UAE. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects according to approved contracts, meeting time, cost, and quality targets.
• Manage all project correspondence, letters, and documentation.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, guiding stakeholders through processes.
• Coordinate submittals and inspections to obtain approvals within the program schedule.
• Follow up on payment applications to ensure timely collection.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management.
• Monitor work against schedules and maintain project management plans.
• Oversee subcontractors and third‑party suppliers for each project.
• Submit forecast reports and achieve targets set by management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar field or product area.
• High level of computer proficiency.
