Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Savills is expanding its residential team in Dubai and is hiring senior Brokers with at least 2 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market. The role sits within a global brand known for prime real estate, offering marketing exposure, lead generation and a wide network of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly targets set by management
• Qualify leads and manage data through the company CRM
• Complete all documentation for selling and leasing property, including sales agreements and advertising materials
• Keep up to date with market trends, local and national property laws and regulations
• Network and identify business opportunities, including real estate exhibitions
• Abide by RERA standards and present to potential clients, conducting viewings
• Maintain client relationships and build them with colleagues
• Propose creative marketing initiatives and keep databases and property portals up to date
• Understand local processes for buying, selling or leasing property, such as sale agreement addendums, MOUs and POAs

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Dubai market
• RERA license
• UAE driver's license and own car
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
