Senior Property Consultant

About the role

A growing real estate team in Dubai is looking for a motivated, target-driven Senior Property Consultant. The role suits an experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and a proven track record of closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, property portals and company-provided sources
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings and consistent follow-ups
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities
• Stay up to date with Dubai communities, developers, market trends and new launches
• List properties and coordinate with the marketing team to maximise exposure
• Negotiate offers, close deals and ensure smooth documentation and compliance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants and investors
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate sales experience (mandatory)
• Proven track record of closing off-plan and/or secondary market deals
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers and market dynamics
• RERA certification is an advantage; a valid UAE driving licence and own car are preferred
