Senior PX Analyst

About the role

Support business leaders on people‑related initiatives and HR matters, coordinating the full employee lifecycle and delivering insightful HR analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions and off‑boarding activities.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee‑relations issues.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning.
• Deliver HR reports and analytics such as headcount, turnover and absence.
• Assist talent management, performance management and employee‑engagement programmes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and Emirati talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver end‑to‑end people solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Banking & Finance, Law or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR Operations, Business Partnering or Generalist roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services or a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management and HR best practices.
