Senior QA Automation Engineer - Digital Services and Integrations

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own quality assurance across the Chamber's web, mobile, enterprise applications and integrations. The role establishes automated regression coverage and provides clear testing evidence and release-readiness recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Define risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability for application changes and releases
• Validate end-to-end service journeys across portals, mobile apps, CRM, approvals, payments and external integrations
• Build and maintain reusable automated web, mobile and API regression suites
• Test API contracts, authentication, data mapping, failure handling, retries and duplicate-transaction prevention
• Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions and cross-system data consistency
• Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, responsiveness, accessibility and browser/device compatibility
• Run load and performance tests and application security checks within scope, coordinating specialist security testing
• Record reproducible defects, support triage, verify fixes and track recurring quality issues
• Coordinate business UAT, report unresolved risks and give release-readiness recommendations
• Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines and maintain reliable test data and evidence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in software QA, including at least 3 years developing automated tests for enterprise or government applications
• Experience testing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform applications preferred
• ISTQB certification preferred; Arabic proficiency preferred

Required skills

• Web automation: Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
• Mobile automation: Appium or equivalent for Android/iOS
• API testing: Postman/Newman or equivalent, REST APIs and authentication flows
• Programming: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java for test automation
• Performance: k6 or JMeter, workload modelling and result analysis
• Data validation: SQL Server queries and Dataverse record validation
• Delivery tools: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Git, structured defect and test management
• Understanding of OWASP risks and accessibility testing principles
