Senior QA/QC Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

Wood is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation to join its UAE business unit. The role is full‑time and based onsite in Sharjah, with occasional travel to Iraq for business trips as required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality and inspection resources, systems, and processes to support pre‑order and post‑order procurement activities for multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and quality reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with experience in QA/QC for electrical and instrumentation projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Sharjah and travel internationally when needed.
