Senior Quality Analyst

About the role

The Senior Quality Analyst will work within a Scrum‑based agile team to design, plan and execute comprehensive testing activities. The role collaborates closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure that software releases meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across multiple projects, including planning, scheduling and communication of test activities.
• Develop test estimates, test plans and detailed test cases based on system requirements and business specifications.
• Maintain and enforce testing and validation procedures, work instructions and quality documentation.
• Support other QA analysts, recommend process improvements and adopt best practices.
• Assist development teams with debugging, analysis and validation of software products.
• Coordinate with software development, product management, marketing, project management and operations, as well as external vendors and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering, computer science, business management or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance and Engineering.
• Extensive experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience testing SAP solutions.
