About the role
Penspen is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a PMC project in the UAE (Abu Dhabi). The post covers the financial, contractual and procurement side of the project so that it is delivered on time and within budget, managing complex cost control, tendering and contract administration for mega oil, gas and energy projects.
Required profile
- An engineering degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, of which more than 5 should be in oil and gas EPC projects on a similar role.
- Experience in contract development and cost management within the oil and gas or energy sectors.
- Experience handling interim valuations, variations, cost reporting, subcontract administration and commercial dispute resolution.
Required skills
- Good working experience in SAP.
The position is full-time under a fixed-term contract.
