Senior Real Estate Recruiter – Dubai

About the role

Top Luxury Property LLC is expanding its sales organization and seeks a Senior Real Estate Recruiter based in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, building a pipeline of high‑performing real‑estate professionals for our premium brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for property consultants, senior consultants, team leaders, sales managers and other real‑estate roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, databases and personal networks; conduct headhunting and direct outreach to agents at competing brokerages.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and face‑to‑face assessments, evaluating experience, sales performance, brokerage background, project knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Maintain detailed candidate records in the company’s CRM/HR system and track recruitment KPIs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets, ensuring a continuous pipeline rather than reactive hiring.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the local brokerage market, commission‑based sales structures and successful agent profiles.
• Proven ability to build and nurture a network of real‑estate professionals.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment KPIs.
